I helped guide and direct Hackney & Sons, Inc./Hackney Industries, Inc. products liability response from January, 1975 through November, 1991. I utilized production, engineering and legal background to coordinate company response to products litigation with insurance defense, organizing employee testimony and company records as part of the response. I helped evaluate company insurance coverage and provided underwriting information for insurance renewals. I assisted in administration of employee benefits programs, including insured and self-insured medical coverages. I assisted in the administration of employee training, safety, OSHA, and workers compensation programs, as well as environmental compliance. I also served as the company-wide Director of Human Resources from 1988-1990.
